The location of the hotel was very convenient for us as it was close to car rental places, making it easy to explore the surrounding areas. being near the train stations allowed us to easily travel to nearby cities. The hotel was also situated near the historic center, allowing us to easily explore the city's attractions.
One area of improvement could be the noise level in the hotel. The wooden staircase passing adjacent to our room caused noise when people were walking up and down the stairs, which was sometimes disturbing.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! Cleanliness was perfect, and the hotel facilities were great. The staff was friendly and helpful, providing great advice on places to visit and dine in this city. The location was superb, close to both the city center and train stations. Plus, it was just a short walk away from everything. Transportation was convenient, with easy access to various modes of transport.

I had a wonderful stay at Residenza Ognissanti. The room was very spacious and comfortable, and the bed was perfect for a good night's sleep. The location was great, within walking distance to the train station and central streets of Florence. The lounge area had a cozy atmosphere with interesting books and a pleasant aroma. I appreciated the attention to detail in every aspect of the guest house, from the cute staff to the cute garden view. I highly recommend this hotel for a fantastic stay in Florence.

The hotel offers great value for money and is located very close to the historic centre of the city. The rooms are cozy and comfortable, with modern bathrooms. The staff is friendly and helpful, and I appreciated having a Nespresso pod coffee machine at reception.
